Se permite la modificación de la fecha de la reserva hasta el día antes de la llegada mediante la alternativa que se enuncia a continuación:
1- Enviando un e-mail con los datos de identificación de la reserva a la dirección de correo electrónico portales@azulinehotels.com y con indicación expresa de su voluntad de modificar la fecha de la reserva.
Cuando la nueva fecha reservada suponga un incremento del precio de la reserva inicial, la diferencia deberá ser abonada por parte del cliente. Si la nueva fecha reservada supone una disminución en el precio, respecto a la reserva inicial, la diferencia será reintegrada por parte de Azulinehotels.
No show (no presentación el día de inicio de la reserva)
En caso de no presentarse en el hotel antes de las 12:00 horas del día siguiente a la fecha de inicio de la reserva, deberá ponerse en contacto en la dirección de correo electrónico facilitada en el punto anterior para modificar sus fechas de reserva.
Si prevé que accederá al hotel el día previsto de llegada más tarde de las 23:59 horas (hora local del hotel), póngase en contacto directamente con el hotel (según los datos de contacto que aparecen en el bono de reserva) para comunicar esta circunstancia; a este respecto, el canal previsto en el apartado 'Cancelación' de estas CCGG no será medio válido para comunicar cualquier llegada tardía al hotel.

12. The price of the reservation includes accommodation and the selected board basis chosen by the client in the moment of proceeding the booking. It does not include any optional "extras" or any other service which is not expressly featured as contracted by the azulinehotels.com system. Half Board includes breakfast and dinner, does not include drinks.
13. The prices of the reservation include the V.A.T., unless mention of it is expressly omitted. Any other tax due for accommodation will be paid separately in the establishment. According to the Law 2/2016 from March 2016, there is a turist tax in the Balearic Islands, which the guest will have to pay at the arrival in the hotel. The amount to be paid will be calculated according to this Law.
14. In the event of AZULINEHOTELS communicating the cancellation of the reservation due to reasons of force majeure, by which we understand circumstances beyond its control or abnormal and unforeseeable circumstances, the consequences of which could not have been avoided in spite of having acted with due diligence, the reservation will be cancelled and the user or client will have no right to any claim or compensation. Cuando la nueva fecha reservada suponga un incremento del precio de la reserva inicial, la diferencia deberá ser abonada por parte del cliente. Si la nueva fecha reservada supone una disminución en el precio, respecto a la reserva inicial, la diferencia será reintegrada por parte de Azulinehotels.

En caso de no presentarse en el hotel antes de las 12:00 horas del día siguiente a la fecha de inicio de la reserva, deberá ponerse en contacto en la dirección de correo electrónico facilitada en el punto anterior para modificar sus fechas de reserva.
Si prevé que accederá al hotel el día previsto de llegada más tarde de las 23:59 horas (hora local del hotel), póngase en contacto directamente con el hotel (según los datos de contacto que aparecen en el bono de reserva) para comunicar esta circunstancia; a este respecto, el canal previsto en el apartado 'Cancelación' de estas CCGG no será medio válido para comunicar cualquier llegada tardía al hotel.

This event must be communicated, when this is possible, by the means used for the confirmation of the reservation.

That the user accepts that the legislation applicable to the functioning of this service is Spanish legislation and submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts Ibiza for the resolution of any divergences arising from the interpretation or application of these clauses. Cancelación y modificación de la reserva
La reserva a través de esta modalidad no admite cancelaciones. Si el cliente reserva a través de esta modalidad no se reembolsará o retornará el importe de la reserva en ningún caso.
Se permite la modificación de la fecha de la reserva hasta el día antes de la llegada mediante la alternativa que se enuncia a continuación:
1- Enviando un e-mail con los datos de identificación de la reserva a la dirección de correo electrónico portales@azulinehotels.com y con indicación expresa de su voluntad de modificar la fecha de la reserva.
Cuando la nueva fecha reservada suponga un incremento del precio de la reserva inicial, la diferencia deberá ser abonada por parte del cliente. Si la nueva fecha reservada supone una disminución en el precio, respecto a la reserva inicial, la diferencia será reintegrada por parte de Azulinehotels.
No show (no presentación el día de inicio de la reserva)
En caso de no presentarse en el hotel antes de las 12:00 horas del día siguiente a la fecha de inicio de la reserva, deberá ponerse en contacto en la dirección de correo electrónico facilitada en el punto anterior para modificar sus fechas de reserva.
Si prevé que accederá al hotel el día previsto de llegada más tarde de las 23:59 horas (hora local del hotel), póngase en contacto directamente con el hotel (según los datos de contacto que aparecen en el bono de reserva) para comunicar esta circunstancia; a este respecto, el canal previsto en el apartado 'Cancelación' de estas CCGG no será medio válido para comunicar cualquier llegada tardía al hotel.
